Accounting and Reporting
Having an investment property can be a breeze if you have the right people managing it for you. Our team at Inglewood Property Management Pros have a group of figure driven people who manage the accounting section of our clients investment properties. We assist our clients by providing them with detailed information on the performance of their property and offer advice and suggestions if there are any areas where we can improve the return on your investment. Here we outline the accounting and reporting services we provide for our clients, ensuring that detailed information is given so you don’t need to request further detail from us.
Our clients purchase investment properties to make money off their assets, which means that they are interested in the figures they are making from their property. Our team of accountants provide our clients with a detailed accounting service which allows them to see exactly where their money is going, and how much they are making. We provide accounting services to ensure our clients can have a clear and concise report to better understand how their property is fairing, as well as highlight any areas that can be refined to maximize their investment.
For investors, the income they make from their investment properties needs to be reported in their taxable income each year. Our team of professional accountants that work at Inglewood Property Management Pros provide our clients with an annual statements which lists the income our clients have made from their property, as well as the expenses that have been associated with the management and maintenance of the property. This can also be a useful overview for our clients to understand what they can expect to see in the following year if they are new to their investment property.
Most of our clients love the way that our team manage their property so that they don’t have to think too much about it. We do however like to keep our clients updated with their property so that they know what is going on with it. If there is any required maintenance, be it big or small, we report this to our clients to either let them know what the associated cost with urgent repairs was, or to seek approval for not urgent repairs. We are able to provide a list of maintenance performed over the space of the year so you can see what elements of your property require the most attention and consider upgrades if applicable.
A part of making sure that the properties of our clients are well looked after are inspections. We provide an inspection before a tenant moves in, whilst they are occupying the property during their tenancy as well as after they have vacated the property. This is so we are able to understand if there are any maintenance requirements and report these back to the owners, so that they have an understanding of their properties condition.
